Its performance directly determines the steering flexibility and motion stability of the robot. However, problems such as high noise and severe wear during gear meshing have become common pain points in many robot applications. Today, let's talk about the crucial role of differentials in robots and how to solve the problems through professional lubrication solutions.

Differential: The "Core hub" for the flexible movement of robots

Unlike automotive differentials, robot differentials place more emphasis on miniaturization, high precision and rapid response capabilities. The core function of its differential is "power distribution + speed balance" : it synchronously transmits power when traveling in a straight line and automatically allocates speed when turning or crossing obstacles, enabling the robot to maintain precise positioning under complex working conditions.
